Welcome to MyTripG.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users (“you,” “your”) may request cancellations or refunds for services offered through our platform.

1. Overview

MyTripG.com provides travel itineraries, trip planning tools, destination recommendations, and hotel booking support through third-party partners and affiliates. Currently, most of our services are free to use. However, this policy will apply when we introduce paid features, itinerary customization services, or direct bookings in the future.

2. Itinerary Planning Services

  • Once a custom travel itinerary or premium itinerary consultation is purchased, it is considered a digital service and non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you cancel your order before the itinerary is created or shared, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@mytripg.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind after the service has been provided.

3. Hotel, Flight, or Third-Party Bookings

  • MyTripG.com is not a direct booking agent. Bookings for hotels, flights, or tours made through third-party links or affiliates (such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.) are governed by those third-party providers' policies.
  • If you wish to cancel or modify such bookings, please contact the respective service provider directly.
  • We do not control or process refunds for third-party bookings.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our team:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Service Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • A delay in receiving your digital itinerary, or
  • An error in the content delivered

Please email hello@mytripg.in within 48 hours of the issue. We will investigate and either re-deliver the service or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion.

6. No-Show or Change in Travel Plans

MyTripG.com is not responsible for:

  • Missed flights, hotel check-ins, or tours due to traveler error
  • Cancellations resulting from visa denial, health emergencies, or traveler's error

In such cases, refunds will be subject to the respective third-party provider's policy, if applicable.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable to provide refunds or compensation for delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather
  • Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions
  • System or network failures

8. Changes to This Policy

MyTripG.com reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
